Privacy Policy

We collect only what you choose to send us. When you request a briefing we collect your name, work email address, organization, the constituency you identify with, and the message you write. When you subscribe to insights we collect your email address. Our hosting and analytics providers may log standard technical information such as IP address and browser type.

We use your information to respond to your inquiry, to send occasional NIL news and insights if you subscribed, and to maintain internal records of who we have spoken with. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Submissions are stored in our managed database and are accessible only to Emergetic Sports personnel who need them. Access requires an authenticated administrator account.

You can unsubscribe from insight emails at any time by replying to any message or writing to mark@emergetic.com. You may also ask us to correct or delete the information you submitted, and we will do so unless we are required to retain it.
